Design
The most important step in construction is choosing a lot to build your home. We can make changes to a print however the general contour of the land will stay the same. We have experience building in several different sub-divisions and communities within the Quad City Area and would be happy to help you find the best lot for your needs.
Any ideas you may have about your home can be discussed and put into the house design. We can provide you with pre-designed home plans or build your home with a plan you provide. We also work with architects to further customize your home and to fit the developed land. Whatever route you choose, we promise our craftsmanship will show throughout your entire home’s design and construction.
