Yes, we offer a complete home warrantee for one year. Building materials are included in a warrantee however please contact us in regards to varying manufacture warrantees
How much money do I need down for a home?
10% down payment of total home value is needed to begin construction; non-refundable
What happens if I purchase the lot and carry the construction loan?
You will make payments to Timber Stone Inc. as the home construction process moves forward
